This consult takes place over EMAIL/WHATSAPP exchange and is an option that provides flexibility to those needing pressing or urgent assistance. On booking you can email/message in with the details of your current complaint and a prescription will be made accordingly. This option includes 48 hours of follow-up care.

In your communication please refer to the following outline on the type of detail that is helpful in determining the appropriate support:

• SENSATIONS: including the type/s of pains including any odd symptoms such as tingling, burning, stitching, cramping etc.

• LOCATIONS: detail the specifics around where precisely you are feeling these sensations ie. Lower left lung lobe, radiating pain that extends from my ear down to my collar bone, the soft tissue surrounding my knee joint etc

• AEITIOLOGY: is there anything of note that has occurred before your current state for instance being out in a cold wind, taking a fall, a stressful or upsetting situation etc?

• MODALITIES: what are you finding aggravates your presenting state ie. worse movement, cold applications, swallowing etc? Alternatively what are you finding ameliorates ie. gentle pressure, a hot shower, being out in the fresh air etc?

• CONCOMITANT: is there anything that is occurring at the same time as your presenting symptoms - even if seemingly unrelated ie. feeling tearful, exhaustion, irritation, restlessness etc?
